  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, user accounts, systems or networks, or to carry out any activity that may constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990;
  • to interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Site or any system, including through denial-of-service attacks or similar activity;
  • to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

You also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the Site unless authorised.

We may monitor use of the Site where necessary and will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms.

5.1 Content Standards

These content standards apply to any material which you upload, submit or share on our Site (“Contributions”).

Contributions must:

  • be genuinely held (where they state opinions);
  • comply with applicable law.

Contributions must not:

6. Training, Assessments and Certifications

Our Site provides training and assessment tools, but:

  • completion of a course does not guarantee competence, professional qualification, or employment;
  • certificates issued by the Site reflect completion based on our system records only;
  • we do not guarantee that third parties (including employers or regulators) will recognise or accept any certification;
  • users must not falsify results, impersonate others, or complete training on behalf of another person.

We reserve the right to revoke certifications where misuse or breaches are identified.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including:

  • training materials;
  • course content;
  • assessments;
  • text, graphics, and software;

is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site for personal training purposes only.

You must not:

  • copy, distribute, or reproduce content;
  • use content for commercial purposes;
  • modify or create derivative works from the content.

8. Availability of the Site

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs or viruses.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of external websites linked from the Site.

We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the Site for:

  • security reasons;
  • operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

If you breach these Terms, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including:

  • issuing a warning;
  • removing or restricting access to any content you have uploaded;
  • suspending or disabling your account;
  • temporarily or permanently withdrawing your right to use the Site;
  • reporting any unlawful activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

We may take the above actions immediately where:

  • you breach these Terms; or
  • we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk.
